What frames can Visionne relens?

Most full-rim acetate and metal frames in good condition are candidates. Rimless, semi-rimless, wrap, vintage, and delicate frames require a closer review.

When will I pay?

After Visionne reviews your frame details and prescription. You receive a confirmed invoice before production begins.

What if my frame is declined?

You will not be charged for lens production. The team will explain the concern and discuss safe alternatives.

How long does the work take?

Most standard orders target 8–10 business days after the frame and complete prescription are received. Specialty work may take longer.
