Visionne Work. ("Visionne," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and the Visionne retail and optical service experience. This policy covers information collected online and through customer service or our studio. It does not control third-party websites, carriers, payment providers, or independent licensed providers.

Our current online order request does not collect payment card numbers. If payment functionality is introduced, payment credentials may be handled directly by a payment processor under its own terms.

- Review frame compatibility, prescription completeness, and service eligibility.
- Respond to questions, resolve complaints, process returns, and prevent fraud or misuse.

- Send transactional messages and, with permission, newsletter or promotional email.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect customers, Visionne, and others.
We do not use prescription or consumer health data to build advertising profiles.
4. When information is disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, data storage, optical production, product supply, shipping, communications, fraud prevention, customer service, and professional advice. We limit disclosure to what is reasonably needed for the service.
We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so, to a licensed provider involved in a requested clinical workflow, in connection with a business transaction, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
As of the effective date, Visionne does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by California law.
5. Prescription and health-related information
Prescription details are used to assess and fulfill requested optical products. Renewal eligibility information may be made available to a licensed provider when you request that service. Visionne does not make independent medical diagnoses through this website.

6. Cookies, local storage, and advertising
We use browser storage to remember privacy choices and support essential functions. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are not currently active. 7. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including order fulfillment, customer support, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping. Retention varies by record type. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to confirm processing; access, correct, or delete information; receive a portable copy; limit certain uses of sensitive data; opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or profiling; withdraw consent; and appeal a denied request.
Submit a request through Your Privacy Choices or call us. We may need to verify your identity and authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We also honor applicable Global Privacy Control signals for sale or targeted-advertising opt-outs.
Children
Visionne is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the website. A parent or guardian should contact us if they believe a child submitted information.
