Visionne Work. provides this notice at or before collection. The categories collected in a particular interaction depend on whether you browse, contact us, subscribe, visit the studio, or submit an order or prescription workflow.

2. Sensitive personal information

Visionne uses prescription and health-related information only to provide requested products or services, verify eligibility, maintain security, comply with law, and perform other uses permitted without a right to limit. We do not use sensitive information to infer unrelated characteristics or for advertising profiles.

3. Sale, sharing, and advertising

Visionne does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. See Advertising Choices.

4. Retention

We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, including order support, warranty or remake administration, legal requirements, dispute resolution, security, and fraud prevention. The period varies with the relationship and record.

5. California rights

Subject to applicability and exceptions, California consumers may request to know, access, correct, or delete information; obtain information about disclosures; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive information; and receive equal service and pricing when exercising rights.
