Access is ongoing work. We combine semantic structure, keyboard support, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and testing to improve the site over time.
1. Our commitment
Visionne aims to make its website and customer services usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is considered in design, development, content, forms, and support processes.
2. Current features
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, dialogs, and interactive controls.
- Visible focus treatment and descriptive labels for controls.
- Responsive layouts that adapt to phone, tablet, and desktop widths.
- Support for reduced-motion preferences.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and semantic page landmarks.
- Error and success messages that are announced to assistive technology.
3. Technical target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a development target where reasonably applicable. This is a target, not a claim that every page or third-party service conforms at all times.
4. Alternative assistance
If a feature is difficult to use, customer care can help explain products, provide policy information, or assist with an order request through an alternative channel. Clinical decisions still require the appropriate licensed provider.
5. Feedback and response
Tell us the page, task, assistive technology, browser, and problem encountered. We will review the issue and provide a response or alternative where reasonably possible.
